General Terms and Conditions
1. Bespoke Commissions
When you embark on a bespoke journey with us, we're dedicated to perfection. Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 40% prior to fabric sourcing. Why do we do this? Because silhouettes are tailored specifically to your measurements, making them unique to your story alone.
Fitting appointments are mandatory. We'll provide up to three fitting sessions at our Sandwell studio. Additional alterations requested after final sign-off will incur a 15% surcharge. It's about getting the drape just right.
2. Luxury Gown Rentals
Rental periods are strictly 4 or 7 days. We trust our clients to treat our pieces with the reverence they deserve. However, a security bond is held for the duration of the hire to cover minor repairs or professional cleaning fees if the gown is returned with significant soul—or stains.
Late returns? You'll be charged 25% of the total rental fee per day. Don't be that person that holds up another client's dream evening.
3. Consultations & Styling
Booking a consultation means reserving the expertise of our lead designers. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the booking fee. We're busy sewing dreams, so please respect the schedule.
Our advice is tailored specifically to the individual. Feline Elegance isn't liable for styling choices that don't match the event's atmosphere if those choices deviated from our expert recommendation.
4. Intellectual Property
Every pattern, sketch, and finished garment remains the intellectual property of Feline Elegance. Reproduction or commercial use of our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited. We protect our craft fiercely.
